General information

Is the investment numbered?

No, placement is free.

Are there seats available?

Yes, everyone will be able to follow the concerts with a seat.

Are pets allowed?

Access to the event is strictly forbidden to users bringing animals, with the exception of dogs accompanying the visually impaired.

Are disabled access points and spaces available?

For PRMs, a space will be reserved at the back of the stage. Please present yourself at the festival entrance so that we can guide you to these areas.

What time does the festival open?

Doors open at 7.30pm. There are no restrictions on your arrival time.

Will the concerts go ahead if it rains?

A refund will be made in the event of total cancellation of the evening.

Are there refreshment stands and food stalls for festival-goers?

There is a restaurant and bar on the festival site.

What types of payment are available at the festival? Can I withdraw cash?

The stands will offer several means of payment: cash and credit card. There are no cash machines inside the festival.

Can I use my smartphone to show my ticket?

Yes, if the QR code or barcode on the ticket is legible.

Is there a minimum age for coming to the 1st Jazz du Clos festival?

No, there is no age limit. A child-minding service (for children aged 4 to 12) will be available during the festival, but we advise children under the age of 3 not to enter the festival grounds.

Can I enter and leave the festival grounds with my ticket?

Yes, you can move around freely.

What items are not allowed on festival grounds?

• Armes et munitions de toute catégorie, bombes lacrymogènes ou tout objet tranchant,
• Dummy weapons,
• Explosive, flammable or volatile substances (fireworks, firecrackers, fireworks),
• Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, glass or metal containers, plastic containers with corks,
• Metal bombs, sprays, streamer cans, etc,
• Rolling objects (roller skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, etc.) excluding pushchairs and wheelchairs,
• Motorbike helmets,
• Stainless steel water bottles and thermos flasks,
• Suitcases, shopping bags and other bags and luggage exceeding the authorised size.

Can I bring a picnic to the 1st Festival Jazz du Clos?

Picnics are not accepted on festival grounds. There is a restaurant on the campsite site and, if you wish to rent accommodation on the campsite, all our mobile homes are equipped with a kitchen.

Is a locker available?

No, you'll never be far from your vehicle.

Are cameras allowed?

No, cameras are not accepted.

TICKETS

Are tickets on sale on the night of the concert?

The number of places is limited, but if there are still places available, you can buy your tickets online until 6.00 p.m. on Friday 9 June.

Are tickets nominative?

Online tickets are not transferable.

What happens if a concert is cancelled?

Tickets cannot be reimbursed, even in the event of loss or theft. They cannot be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of total cancellation of the evening less than 30 minutes after the start of the performance on the first stage. Users who have purchased their tickets on the Jazz du Clos Festival website should contact the refund department at contact@closdebarbey.com. Users who have purchased their ticket from another point of sale must send their request for a refund to that point of sale.

Is my ticket valid for 1 concert or for all the concerts in the evening?

You choose when you buy. You will be offered a ticket for the concert on 9 June or 10 June and a ticket for the whole festival, including an invitation to the Jam Session on Sunday 11 June.
