Laurent Coulondre "Meva Festa

Laurent Coulondre, from Nîmes, was crowned 'Instrumental Artist' at the 2020 Victoires du Jazz awards for his album 'Michel on My Mind', which also won 'Best French Jazz Record' from the Académie du Jazz. A sunny, exotic project aptly named Meva Festa. A mixture of Catalan and Brazilian that translates as "My Party", the artist conveys the joie de vivre that is his trademark, as well as his vision of music, life and sharing. Surrounded by his favourite friends and musicians, Laurent invites us to enjoy his warm, festive Latin jazz, which also pays tribute to his Spanish origins and the South America he loves so much.
